Starters 10 EUR: 

~ Grilled chicken pieces marinated in homemade pesto sauce

~ Grilled squid in in asian sauce on a bed of salad

~ Indian style grilled shrimps on a bed of salad

~ Gaspacho with tomato and melon, with fresh goat cheese cream

~ Mezze: zucchini, grilled pepper sauce and almond and olive tapenade

Salads 14 EUR, with jasmin rice:

~ Chicken pesto salad

~ Tofu salad

~ Grilled squid salad

Main meals :

~ Salmon Teriyaki, rice and veggies 18,50 E 

~ Grilled beef, coriander and onion sauce, with potatoes ans veggies 17,50 E

~ Fish filet of the day Tikka style, bhajis, rice and veggies 17 EUR

~Spinach einkorn resotto with parmesan (veg) 16,00 E

~ Grilled duck breast in ginger sauce with rice and veggies 18,50 EUR

Desserts  :

All our cooking and baking are homemade, except for the ice-cream. The sauces are the creation of our chef. The veggies we serve are grown on an organic farm not far from Foix and the eggs are freerange
