~ Grilled chicken pieces marinated in homemade pesto sauce
~ Grilled squid in in asian sauce on a bed of salad
~ Indian style grilled shrimps on a bed of salad
~ Gaspacho with tomato and melon, with fresh goat cheese cream
~ Mezze: zucchini, grilled pepper sauce and almond and olive tapenade
Salads 14 EUR, with jasmin rice:

All our cooking and baking are homemade, except for the ice-cream. The sauces are the creation of our chef. The veggies we serve are grown on an organic farm not far from Foix and the eggs are freerange
