Thursday 3rd April – Opening for Spring-Summer 2025

Dear patrons of La Ciboulette

We are happy to let you know that we are opening our restaurant doors for lunch and dinner on the 3rd April.

The set day menu with vegetarian choice costs 19,50 EUR for a starter, a main dish and a dessert.

Several menus are available in the evening and they are all based on ‘à la carte’ choice below. The price of the menus is around 30 EUR. 

A welcome wine drink (Kir) will be offered before each meal for one week (from the 3rd to the 10th April, inclusive). 

Opening times:

We are open from Thursday lunch to Monday dinner.

The days we are closed are TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY the whole day and Saturday lunchtime.

À la Carte

Starters :  10 EUR

~ Aaloo tikki (Indians style bites), chutney and salad (V)

~ Chisese style caramelised grilled porc on a bed of salad

~ Crab cakes served with cocktail style sauce and salad

~ Stuffed pastry with goat’s cheese and figues (V)

~ Asian style grilled squid

Main courses: 

~ Salmon teriyaki with rice and veggies 18,00 EUR

~ Grilled beef with onion sauce, rice and veggies 19,00 E

~ Chicken with porto and mushroom sauce, sweet potato purée and veggies 17,00 E

~ Chinese bowl with tofu, rice and veggies 16,00 E

~ Fresh fish of the day Masala, grilled with Indian spices without sauce, with potatoes and veggies  17,00

Desserts  :

~ Creamy chocolate and raspberry sorbet (gluten free) 7,50 EUR

~ Verrine Banoffee (speculoos, crème caramel, banana) 6,00 EUR

~ Dessert of the day 6,00 EUR

~ Local cheese plate 8,50 EUR

~ Colonel – lime sorbet and vodka 7,50 EUR

~ Ice-cream or sorbet (2 scoops) 5,50 EUR

vanilla / chocolate / raspberry / caramel / lime sorbet / coconut / coffee 

All our cooking and baking are homemade, except for ice-cream. The sauces are the creation of Thierry, the chef. The veggies we serve are grown on an organic farm not far from Foix and the eggs are from free-range chicken
