  • Amuse-bouches et homemade apéritif from Ariège blueberries

Starters :

  • Grilled shrimps and pink peppercorn on a bed of salad
  • Salad of duck breast with figue marmalade
  • Stuffed pastry with goat’s cheese, honey and spinach (Vég)

Mains :

  • Lamb shank marinated in spices, baked beans and veggies
  • Sea bass filet in a seashell sauce with rice and veggies
