- Amuse-bouches et homemade apéritif from Ariège blueberries
Starters :
- Grilled shrimps and pink peppercorn on a bed of salad
- Salad of duck breast with figue marmalade
- Stuffed pastry with goat’s cheese, honey and spinach (Vég)
Mains :
- Lamb shank marinated in spices, baked beans and veggies
- Sea bass filet in a seashell sauce with rice and veggies
- Chinese style tofu plate with rice and vegetables (Vég)
