ST VALENTINE SPECIAL CELEBRATION MENU

49 EUR excluding drinks

Welcome Kir (or beer, suze, martini, porto) with amuse-bouche

Starters :

• Porc from the domain Abotia tonkatsu style (Japanese inspired)
• Grilled Shrimps with coconut, lime and Caribbean mayonnaise
• Wild mushroom puff pastry

Plats :

• Cod fillet, shell fish bouillon with curcuma et shishimi, side dish
• Wild rice, sauce Ponzu and Furikake (mild asian style) – vegetarian
• Guinea Fowl supreme, accompagnied by potatoes and veggies

Desserts :

• Gateau Desire – chocolate and raspberry dessert
• Anna Pavlova – airy meringue, mascarpone cream and fresh fruit
• Colonnel – the freshness of the lime sorbet with a hint of vodka
